WHAT ARE SOME TIPS TO PREVENT AIR BUBBLES IN MY FONDANT?

Kneading your fondant thoroughly before rolling it out is crucial for removing air bubbles. When applying fondant to the cake, smooth it gently from the top down, working out any trapped air with a fondant smoother. If bubbles do appear, you can often release them carefully with a pin and then smooth over the area.

HOW DO I USE FONDANT MOLDS?

Lightly dust the mold with cornstarch to prevent sticking. Press fondant into the mold to create the desired shape. Carefully remove fondant from the mold. Allow fondant to completely dry before assembling.

WHY IS MY CAKE SO DRY/MOIST?

Dry- Might be over baked, lack of moisture in ingredients, or incorrect baking temperature. Moist- Under baked or excess liquid ingredients.
